Any illness, or injury at all, or any issue that is troubling you. What is it for YOU at this moment? It is your session, designed for you. :-) No problem is too small or too big or too old, to be able to be receive healing now. As specified in our consultation, a healing session is then designed as per your current need. Often we can present like an onion;) with layers, and as we peel / heal;) the layers away, we can access deeper underlying issues that are now able to leave us also. :-)

I can scan your system and tune you up;) the sound waves themselves will locate where is needed for some attention and what is required. Or perhaps you have insight already into your energetic body and know what you require.

Why me?
I was born to do this.
I was born to learn the power of using vocal sound for healing, beginning intuitively in early childhood. Our voice, to me, is our truth, and our exact frequencies in that present moment. If we choose then, to use them for healing, that is precisely what they become.
I was born into a Narcissistic family system, and as the scapegoat was tormented and persecuted regularly. I became so practised at crying, as it was literally the only time I felt free to release and express, and gratefully left on my own, that I naturally started to develop better ways of achieving healing and relief through these sound releases.
I learned how to maximise the relief, what body position to use and how to get as much sound out as possible on each exhalation. If we are left to cry without any means of escape or protection and if it is the only means of feeling relief or healing, we find that it is far more complex than just tears.
On our breath, we can carry sound frequencies from our bodies, sound frequencies that are our trauma energy, so the agitation and hurt can leave us before it embodies as an illness. It can also be used to reduce already embodied illness.
Running away at 5 years old but returning after realising I didn't have anywhere I knew the way to, I resigned myself to the idea that I would have to 'stick it out'. With this objectivity in mind, releasing sounds on my breath continued and I found my energy system just knew what to do.
When it is for our own survival and wellbeing without distraction or any help of any kind, things can be very clear indeed, I needed to be able to release the pain energy somehow, by some mechanism, to minimise the damage to me. Continual stress that builds up in the body from continual abuse, MUST leave the body.
I found allowing for the sound worked better that 'normal' crying sounds. It gave more relief. And it was not I that was shaping the sound at all, but that it was being given to me, I had no idea what the sound would be. until I heard it leaving my own mouth. And so crying at the advanced stage ;) literally just becomes altered resonance according to whatever the situation we are coping with. And then, we can notice that some of theses tonal changes occur all throughout our natural speaking voice depending on who we speak to and what emotion is our dominant at the time.
I had also been forbidden from using my own voice to speak but had to change it to one that was 'approved of' and constantly alter with nagging criticism and military style voice drills that left me with a stutter. I developed other incorrect placement issues which required my not speaking at all for over a year to heal from, and the years of speech pathology that preceded & followed, only enhanced my interest in everything our Voice is to us. I also have experience in grief blocking our voice and throat, and can assist with vocal opening and freeing, and (blocked) grief release.
I studied how to apply sound frequencies in personalised healing situations when I met the wonderful Karina Schelde, founder of 'Soulvoice' who gave me a name for what I always did. As a trained singer with a wide range, I am able to produce a variety of sound frequencies and having meditated regularly since early childhood, I am easily able to connect to Source and channel the precise healing sound frequencies needed for another.
I feel blessed to be part of a sounding revolution, expanding this profound healing modality across the world.
As we humans are energy in motion, a mass of vibrating sound frequencies particular to our self, cannot be, anything other than a most potent medicine. :- )
My own healing journey has seen to it that I have overcome numerous health challenges and recovered from many and diverse injuries, abuse and assaults. I have studied widely, and my life path has necessitated I cross paths with some of whom I consider to be the world's best & most cutting-edge healers at this time, on the planet. I am grateful to every one of them, for their healing expertise, the honour of learning from them, and feel very blessed for the ones I call "friend". :)

FAQs
Where do I go?
ONLINE SESSIONS NOW AVAILABLE! These popular sessions began during Covid and have continued as they are every bit as powerful a healing!
I can do it over Zoom, or even a video call such as whatsapp, skype or messenger I also take requests for the sound healing posts I regularly post freely on my Healer Amelia facebook page!
Is any problem too big or off limits?
Not at all! :-) Nothing is too big or too scary for us to deal with & heal from!
What sounds?
I use my vocal instrument to deliver your healing sounds, occasionally supplemented with various organic percussion sounds.
Is it loud?
If at any time the volume is too much let me know and I can reduce volume. It is not the volume that matters only the frequencies themselves.
How long will it take?
Minimum 1 hour, with combination healing sessions more like 1.5 hours.
Do I need to bring anything?
Water bottle, pen & journal or writing pad is a good idea. Many times Guidance and helpful imagery may come through for you during a session, so you can write it down while it is still fresh in your memory. A 'power object', or personal object to leave on the altar during your session, is welcome and recommended to help hold a space for further integration at home.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, non restrictive clothes.
What preparation, if any, do i need to do?
None. Or in a meditative quiet space, ask yourself what is best for you at this time to clear/ heal/ be rid of. Ask your own wisest cell "what is my best healing to have now? " The first thing that comes to you, write down. Or just come along and we can figure it together, or I can do a vocal body scan and we can take it from there. Sometimes the first thing out of your mouth when you walk in the work shop is very telling! This is deep healing and you only need to ask your subconscious. :-)
Can I get back to work/study straightaway afterwards?
Integration / processing of the healing frequencies takes from several hours to a few days. To maximise the healing session it is advisable to go slowly, nurturing yourself, and take as long as you can - if possible - before heading back to work/study. Some people may feel drowsy and a rest is best. There is a park across the road with benches and flowers, or many cafes in the nearby area, to slowly and consciously recommence your day. Driving immediately afterwards is not advisable.
How long until I feel any different?
Possibly immediately to a few days. Processing of the changes within continues for a few to several days. The difference felt may be subtle to extreme. A follow up session in a couple to a few weeks is advisable for any ongoing & diffuse issues to keep the healing ongoing.
